A reminder to take time out for *you*.
Allow your mind/body/soul a break.
Grab some pens, pencils, or crayons and transport yourself for awhile.
You can even listen to The Grit Show (obviously our favorite podcast) while doing it!
(Or, if you are having one of *those* weeks, just put them where you can see them and they can be your reminder to take deep breaths, squeeze that walk in, or make that time for a call with the person who helps put it all in perspective.)
